PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assist function lead to implement and continuously optimize Company Commercial process and policy;

2. Manage the procurement process for key categories’ spend to ensure the selection of suppliers with the capability, required quality, meanwhile reduce risk and maximize value;

3. Engaged with many & varied stakeholders to understand, plan and define requirements with stakeholders to form the basis of a clear request for proposal and get best commercial solution, and monitor with compliance of negotiated contracts;
4. Understand the m4. Understand the market dynamic to proactively sourcing fit suppliers and recommend new way of working or innovative business solutions;

5. Measure and manage the overall performance of suppliers implemented with KPIs in conjunction with stakeholders;

6. Ensure Company Commercial process and policy has been well executed and bidding process has been strictly followed;

7. Involve into business planning and budgeting process, and identify cost saving opportunities to maximize saving;

8. Set up and maintain commercial data and information base for data analysis and category management to best support business decision making;

9. Assist function lead to develop junior staff in Commercial team, such as negotiation skill, excel, power point capability, working habits in order to enhance team working efficiency.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS    

1. Bachelor degree;
2. Commercial understanding of strategic category, e.g. advertising, advertising, production, digital&social, eCommerce etc.;   

3. Over 5 year solid purchasing & commercial experience in multinational company or marketing agency 

4. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
5. Good communication skill of English and PC skills;
6. Good team player;

7. Be honest, of integrity and self-motivated.
