PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assist Commercial Manager to implement and continuously optimize Company Commercial process and policy;

2. Collaboratively work together with business team as Commercial Business Partner and build seamless connection between Commercial and business team aiming to provide full project solution for company clients;

3. Engaged with many & varied stakeholders to understand, plan and define requirements with stakeholders to get best commercial solution;

4. Manage project commercial process and coordinate with business team for verification, modification, feedback and signing of quotation and contract to ensure smooth commercial communication;
5. Set up and maintain commercial data and information base to provide data analytics for business review and forecasting;

6. Provide timely project report to Commercial Manager and assist Commercial Manager on supplier KPI setting and performance review;

7. Assist Commercial Manager to manage some commercial execution projects to identify saving opportunity meanwhile reduce risk and maximize value;

8. Assist Commercial Manager on category management and sourcing fit suppliers.

       

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree;

2. Strong interpersonal and project management skill;

3. Proactive, responsive and cross function team player;

4. Commercial understanding of strategic category, e.g. advertising, advertising production, social media,eCommerce etc.;

5. Good communication skill of English and PC skills;

6. Responsible;

7. Over 2 years solid purchasing/or commercial/or account experience in multinational company or marketing agency;

8. Be honest, of integrity and self-motivated;
