职位描述
岗位职责：
1.熟悉西点原料与烘焙工艺，西点烘焙设备的使用，能独立完成，制作，熟悉各类西点技术；
2.负责制作，研发各类西点，蛋糕的产品，出品要求精美且保持口味的水准；
3.熟悉公司烘焙类设备的使用，维护和保养，定期清洁维护设备；
4.认真钻研西点，不断提高出品和成品的技术水平；
任职要求：
1.3-5年西点工作经验，有西点烘焙师职业资格证书优先；
2.勤奋上进，吃苦耐劳，沟通能力强，具备积极的心态及良好的自我认知。
