主要职责Key Responsibilities：

？ 负责执行设备管理制度。

Take responsibility for the equipment management system.

？ 编制、执行、监督设备年度保养计划，实施TPM。

Preparing，executing and supervising the annual equipment maintenance plan，and perform TPM.

？ 编制、执行、监督年度设备备件采购计划。

Prepare，execute and supervise the annual spare parts purchasing plan.

？ 培训维修工和操作者。

Training the maintainers and operators.

？ 统计设备故障，分析故障原因。

Make statistic of equipment failure events, and carry out failure analysis.

？ 解决生产中出现的设备技术问题。

Solve technical problems of equipment.

？ 配合HSE 部门进行健康、安全、环境方面的改进工作。

Cooperate with HSE Dept. to improve the working condition in Health, Safety and environment.

？ 学习撑握公司HES 相关规定要求；及时上报安全陷患及安全事故；严格执行本岗位相关安全操作规

范及管理要求；

Having the knowledge of HES rules and requirement .Report potential hazards and safety accident;

Obey EHS procedure/instruction and safety requirement.

？ 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

Finish other assignments.

任职资格Position Qualification Requirement：

？ 专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

大学及以上学历，机电类相关专业。

-Bachelor or above, major in mechanical and eletricity engineering or related.

？ 相关工作经验Relevant Experience

3 年以上设备管理和设备维修经验，具备设备方面的专业知识，有设备故障分析和指导设备操作的能

力；了解国家标准对设备管理的要求。

- At least 3 years’ experience in equipment management or repairing, professional knowledge of

equipment, capability of equipment failure analyzing and operators’ training. Familiar with relevant

national standard about equipment management.

？ 语言技能Language Skills

较好的英语听说读写能力。

-Good oral and written English.

良好的沟通、协调和解决问题能力，工作细致、责任心强；熟悉相关工艺知识

- Good ability in communication and solving problem. Attentive, careful, strong sense of

responsibility. Familiar with relevant knowledge.
