1. Review all AP payments according to payments application and company situations.Work as payments set up backup.

2. Vendor AP review and checking with internal people. Post all relevant transactions in ERP systme.

3. Responsible for cash flow and budget reports.

4. View/issue and approve VAT invoice application from sales if necessary.

5. Fixed assets, leashold recording view, checking and posting.

6. Monthly reports analysis and respond to UK team.

7. QC invoices checking, view, payments cleanning and posting.

8. Payroll calculation and set up on HSBC(including insurance and housing fund) if requried.

9. Others finance/administration tasks follow intructions if necessary.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting is prefer.

2. More than 5 years experience.

3. Fluent in English is must.

4. Good common sense and personality.
