岗位要求：

熟悉ISO17025实验室管理流程

Be familiar with ISO17025 laboratory management process;

University Degree or above, mechatronics、electrical or automotive engineer etc.

大专及以上学历,机械、机电、电子或汽车工程等相关专业.

At least 3 years experience related to Automotive components Test;

至少两年工作经验在汽车零件测试

Strong knowledge of circuit test, motor functional test, durability test,, temperature, vibration and salt test etc.较强的电路、马达功能、耐久、高低温、振动、盐雾测试知识

Familiar with oscilloscope、multimeter、isolation、amplifier, spectrograph etc electrical equipment.

熟悉示波器、万用表、绝缘电阻、放大器、频谱仪等测试设备

Be familiar with VW、GM、Ford engineering test methods(door handle,locksets,latch is preferred )

熟悉大众、通用、福特工程测试方法(熟悉把手，锁芯，门锁优先)

Ensure lab. equipments are in good working condition

保证实验室设备的正常工作状态

Familiar labview software、DAQ equipment is preferred

熟悉 labview、DAQ 等设备优先

EMC test standards is desirable

熟悉EMC测试优先

岗位职责：

参与新开发产品的实验项目规划及讨论(ADVP&R) participate in test planning and discuss for new project

试验设备和夹具规划书制作，设备和夹具验收、维护、保养Preparing , planning and accept test fixture and test equipment

产品试验进度制作及跟踪make out and follow up product test schedule

新产品（DV&PV）测试及报告制作create and release DV/PV report

对技术员负责的委托、定期产品测试及报告确认confirm test report with technician

跟踪及完成委外测试事项follow up and complete outsourcing test

参与不合格产品的失效分析，并结合失效现象给出参考建议participate in non conformance sample analysis, and give suggestion.

编写设备操作说明书，明确设备操作方法；编写试验操作流程，明确试验方法；Work out working instruction and define equipment operating method; work out test operation flow for each test, define test method.

熟练实验室内设备并能够熟练操作相关设备 familiar test equipment and operate related test equipment.

对所负责的产品设备进行定期保养maintain related test equipment.

协调测试工程师项目分工及平衡工程师的工作负荷coordinate and balance test engineer working load.

协调环境箱资源及其它测试设备资源coordinate climate chamber resource and other equipment resource

负责不符合工作的控制responsible for non-conformance issue control

负责纠正与预防措施的管理responsible for corrective and preventive measurement process management

负责内部审核及管理评审responsible for internal audit and management audit

失效试验的跟踪及关闭tracking test failure and close test failure

其它上级分配的任务other task assigned by manager
