岗位职责：

1.组织起草公司行政工作计划、总结、报告、会议纪要等文件。

2.负责安排各类行政会议、重要会议的组织召开，制定相关会议议程，检查督办会议决议的执行情况。

3.配合领导做好政务活动的协调、服务保障工作，以及外事任务的接待、协调工作。

4.做好有关部门之间的协调工作，完成领导交办的专项任务。

5.审核以公司名义发出的各类文稿，并转呈公司领导签发。

6.负责信访工作，做好来信、来访的登记和记录，提出拟办意见，上报公司领导，落实处理部门，抓紧督办、检查和回复。

7.抓好内部管理，优化工作质量，完善各项管理制度和操作规范，使部门的各项工作高效有序地进行。

8.抓好部门的党风廉政教育，“文明创建活动”和员工的考核工作。

9.做好部门的“社会治安综合治理工作”，落实安全工作责任制。

10.完成领导交办的其它任务。

任职资格：

1、35-40岁，本科及以上学历，男女不限。

2、具有一定年限的相关工作经验，中共党员。
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，公文写作功底扎实。
4、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀。

上海世博中心，作为上海展览中心（集团）有限公司的子公司，同样具备了举办展览、会议、活动以及房屋租赁的功能，与上展中心在浦江两岸形成东西呼应的两座上海标志性建筑。上海世博中心建成后将成为世界级的会议中心。世博会期间，其承担了庆典、交流、贵宾接待、新闻发布和指挥运营等重要任务。世博会后，其又将转型成为大型高规格国际会议的重要场所，一方面承担政务服务功能，成为上海市“两会”及其他政务性会议的重要举办场所；另一方面还要承载社会功能，对市场和社会开放，以其会议、展览、活动（宴会）等专业功能形成核心竞争力，充分展示上海国际大都会形象，提升上海城市的综合竞争力。

Shanghai Expo Centre is a subsidiary company to Shanghai Exhibition Center (Group) Company Limited (SEG), likewise, it also possesses the functionalities for exhibition, convention, event and space leasing. They have become two echoing landmarks of Shanghai situated on the eastern and western banks of Huangpu River. The exhibition halls and conference rooms are fully equipped with facilities of all functions, safe and reliable, in a true sense of green building. After the completion of construction, Shanghai Expo Centre will be a world class convention center.
