本岗位代园区客户企业：马勒贝洱汽车零部件（上海）有限公司代为招聘

工作地址：世纪大道东方金融广场

Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate delivery and shipment plan according to actual sales order and stock availability for on time delivery of customer orders. To manage deliveries in line with customer expectations

2. Make customer forecast analyze and maintain in SAP. React on demand fluctuation by timely sap demand adjustment and material status maintenance

3. Analyze demand trend regularly. Continuous optimization on demand planning, including optimization of SAP planning parameters

4. Follow up suppliers ’orders’ status, from supplier order received till shipment on board

5. Follow up vendors on confirmation of Estimated Time Departure of all new orders

6. Monitor suppliers’logistics service and performance and work for continuous improvements

7. To provide support for other members of the team and back up as required for others

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Management or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in supply planning, customer service or logistics experience is preferred

3. Independence and teamwork spirit. Good in communication skills, responsibility and self-motivate

4. Familiar with MS Word, Excel. SAP experience would be an advantage

5. Good command of oral & written English. Fluency in other language if applicable
