Major Responsibility:

主要职责：

1. Bank income and expenditure business, offshore account income and expenditure, income and foreign exchange carry-over;

2. Responsible for domestic and foreign invoice issuing and management, input invoice checking and deduction management;

3. Maintain a complete and proper record of all financial transactions of the company;

4. Prepare Asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and Analysing Account Information;

5. Maintain the master data of the financial system and perform regular data backup to protect the Financial Information;

6. Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth conduct of annual audits;

7. Maintain good and smooth communication with relevant government departments, including auditors, lawyers, banks, tax authorities, etc.;

8. Complete tax returns and all financial statements required by government departments on a regular and timely basis;

9. Responsible for export tax refund declaration;

10. Other related work arranged by superior, etc.

1. 银行各项支收业务，境外账户支收，收汇结转；
2. 负责国内、外发票开具及管理，进项发票勾选及抵扣联管理；
3. 完整恰当地记录公司所有的财务帐务；
4. 通过汇编和分析账户信息，编制资产、负债和资本账户条目;
5. 维护财务系统的主数据，以及进行定期数据备份来保护财务信息;
6. 与审计员联络，确保进行年度审核的顺利进行;
7. 与相关政府部门保持良好顺畅的沟通，包括审计员、律师、银行和税务局等;
8. 定期按时完成税务申报及与政府部门要求的与财务相关的所有报表;
9. 负责出口退税申报;
10. 上级按排的其它相关工作等。

Qualifications:

任职资格：

- Bachlor degree or above , Majored in Finance or related.

- 3-5 years experience in foreign company

- CET-4 at least. English can be used as main work language

- Very familar with tax refund and used to deal with it independtly

- Sharp, team player and problem solver, good communication skill and coordination ability,can be worked under pressure

大学本科，财务及相关专业毕业

3-5年外企财务工作经验

CET-4 or above, 英语可以作为工作语言

熟悉出口退税并从事过退税工作

优秀的沟通能力，协作能力，可以承受工作压力。
