KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责

Develops and maintains test plans, procedures and test cases

开发与维护测试计划、流程和测试用例

Performs tests in plant and at project sites

在办公室和现场执行测试

Prepares test reports which record the pass, fail status of planned tests and identify problems reports generated during the tests

制作测试报告，纪录在测试过程中产生的缺陷状态并制作问题报告

Acquires product knowledge through active participation in formal, and on the job training, as well as self study

通过参与项目、在职培训和自我学习获得产品知识

Prepares problem reports in the defect tracking system describing test failures and defects

跟踪系统问题制作问题报告描述测试缺陷

Provides recommendations for the resolution of test problems

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求

Master of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

电气工程、计算机科学或相关专业硕士

Have at least 2 years working experience in software testing or related area

具有2年以上软件测试或相关领域的工作经验

Familiar with basic PC OS system and software tools (e.g. Windows, Linux, Word Processing, Spread sheets, Databases)

熟悉基本的电脑软件工具（如文字处理、电子表格、数据库）

Computer literacy using special application software such as problem tracking, requirement management and parsing software is a significant asset

特殊应用软件，如问题跟踪、需求管理和分析软件。

Familiar with software testing process, basic testing method and criteria

熟悉软件测试流程，基本测试方法和标准

Have experience in test requirement analysis and test design

具备测试需求的分析能力和测试设计的能力

Fluent in written and verbal English language
