As a Sales Support Specialist (System Sales-IN & T&I), you will be part of the Electrification Business and Distribution Solutions Business Line (BL) based in Chongqing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will play a key support role for the Sales team, preparing sales proposals in MV primary AIS Product Group/ Distribution Solutions Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business in Chongqing /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Sales Support Specialist Territory Director, you will be a part of Sichuan business development and channel management in Sichuan & Chongqing area.
? Be responsible for sales and business development related activities within assigned areas to achieve the individual planned targets as sales volume.
? Closely work with front-end sales to identify project opportunities to improve the market coverage.
? Actively follow up new project opportunities with in-depth analysis and good coordination together with frond-end sales to ensure good level of hit rate.
? Manage the projects in effective way with periodic updates with good quality, incl. coordination between customer and factory to ensure satisfactory delivery.
? Perform product marketing activities to deliver related product training to external customers as well as internal colleagues related to improve awareness on offerings.
? Establish good relationship with customer for long-term cooperation.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
? Bachelor’s Degree or above.
? 5+ years of sales working experience in related field.
? Familiar with Instrument Transformer or MV Switchgear’s products and market.
? Proficient in computer level.
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected.
? Deep understanding of the business model (purchasing behaviors) of both PSB's and PB's.
? Have good team work spirit.
? Willing to travel frequently on business work.
? Good English communication skills.
