Major Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Make sure accounting in accordance with US GAAP and PRC GAAP, provide statutory reports accurately and timely.

2. Treasury management, including but not limited to working on banking and debt, cash management, financing plans, capital expenditures, acquisitions, risk management, credit and collections. Keep good relationship with banks and financial institutions.

3. Support and monitor external audit to make sure audit work being executed successfully.
4. Work closely with tax team to make sure taxation comply with US and PRC statutory requirements and take advantage of tax concession.
5. Monitor period closing identify process improvement opportunity and drive continuously efficiency enhancement.
6. Reinforce accounting related policy and procedure, such as reimbursement , payment, etc. to manage staff behavior and strengthen compliance.
7. ERP system development & implementation.
8. Prove finance policy and knowledge training to non-finance teams.
9. Develop team members to improve working efficiency and competitive ability.
10. Ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Accounting; CPA/AICPA/CIMA/CMA/ACCA is preferred.
2. 8+ years working experience in multi-national corporations of pharmaceutical or FMCG industries; US listed company working experience combined experience in Big-4 public accounting is preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (including English) and able to work effectively oversee teams.
4. Sound knowledge of China Accounting Standards/ US GAAP/IFRS.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
6. 5+ years working experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle; experience in leading ERP system go-live is preferred.
7. Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
