Responsibilities

-Responsible for recruiting activities, such as recruitment needs identification, JD, recruitment plan, job posting, offering, interviewing, recruitment channels and etc.;

- Responsible for staffing, such as on-boarding, off-boarding, termination, p-file, labor contract and etc.;

- In charge of all stores’ shift planning and monitor the attendance;

- Maintain staffs’ info in HRIS;

- In charge of expat employment administration on a time basis;

- In charge of performance review and employment relationship management;

- Investigate and develop the training course, improve the training skill to act as the mentor to the front-line staffs;

- Generate HR reports on a time basis;

- Work with HO HR team to implement HR projects;

- Review and update HR related procedures to meet company growth and compliance local laws;

- Assist HRM/BU head in other daily works if required;

- Other tasks assigned by managers.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

- College education or above;

- Above 3 years of progressive and demonstrated experience in a HR operation function;

- Good English listening and speaking ability;

- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Word, Excel & Outlook;

- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;

- Strong sense of initiative and ability to be proactive and show a degree of flexibility;

- Ability to work independently;

- Able to handle people of diversified culture;

- Experience in Retail is highly preferred;
