1. Bachelor degree and above, major in accounting and finance

2. A minimum of 1 years leadership, and 3 years’experience in accounting and finance within an international company or international accounting firm

3. A deep understanding of the PRC GAAP, China Tax regulation and US GAAP

4. Computer literate and familiar with several accounting applications, especially ERP systems (SAP, KingDee, Yongyou and etc.)

5. Certificate of professional accountant

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin

7. Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise.

8. Good communication and analytical skills

9. Leadership potentials, a strong team player

10. Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems

11. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
