Job description

  

• Outreach to build new relationship and network with clients, accounts and the media;

• Attend meetings for all relative sales accountsand prepare regular reports;

• Work as part of a department team to develop proposals and implement the PR activity strategies;

• Assist in researching, writing and distributing press releases and brand stories to targeted media;

• Event implementation, including theme parties/events, press conference, onsite events and commercial projects

• Attend public events as representative to promote company business.

• Discover and reach cooperative interaction with valuable event/media exchange programs.

• Undertake research for new business proposal and presenting to potential new clients;

• Manage and report daily/monthly refreshment of social medias and market competitors.

• Provide wide and in-depth research and evaluation to database of event suppliers. 

                    

 

  

 

  

Qualification

  

 

  

• Colleague graduated or above;

• Language skill in oral and written English/Mandarin;

• Professional PC skills of Microsoft Office, Adobe PS, AI etc. are preferable.

• Enthusiasm in event creation, planning and implementation;

• Great communication skills which create, maintain and extend business connection with existing/potential accounts;

• Passionate and a team player;

• A real interest in PR as a profession

• Willing to learn, eager to fulfill the team targets and work under pressure
