IT Procurement Contracts Lead

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain portfolio of agreements within a category

·         Process execution, full compliance with internal controls and process requirements

·         Support Category Managers in development and implementation Category strategic and commercial guidance

·         Provide portfolio specific market intelligence to Category Managers and other network Contracts Leads/Managers

·         Steward tactical Client relationship for key portfolio activities

·         Supplier relationship management  

·         Identify BV and agreement rationalization opportunities within the portfolio

·         Ensure transactional efficiency of agreements (SAP friendly)

·         Active contribution in Category networks and use of category planning sites

·         Support Contracts Lead/Manager work at other sites / regions as agreed with CMs

Requirements:

·         A good Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university

·         A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement (handling HW / SW contracts; supplier negotiations). IT Sales experience an advantage

·        Knowledge of Purchase to pay process including ERP systems

·         Knowledge of procurement processes/ commercial functional expertise

·         Industry and market knowledge / category expertise

·          Project planning / execution skills

·         Understanding of client business and objectives

·           Effective team player with good communication and leadership skills

·           Effective negotiation, advocacy and influencing skills

·           Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·            Fluent in English for both written and oral capability
