Main tasks and responsibility

    

1. Well understand our brand position and service strategy, offer an excellent support and service performance which is at, or beyond, customers’ expectations. Tasks include, but not limited to, installation, customer repairs of home appliances, project management and site supervision, technical support for designers/contractors/Partners, customer claim response, product training, service data collect, client visiting.

充分了解瑞族品牌定位和服务战略，提供卓越的支持和服务表现，达到或超出客户的期望。任务包括但不限于安装，家电维修，项目管理和现场监督，设计师/承包商/合作伙伴的技术支持，客户索赔响应，产品培训，服务数据收集，客户访问。

    

2. Provide consistent technical education & competence to Technicians & Partners, constantly optimize customer service  processes and implement.

为技术人员和合作伙伴提供一致的技术教育和能力，不断优化客户服务流程并实施。

    

3. Create and keep a close long-term relationship especially with Retailers and Developers, as well as with end-customers in individual circumstances, able to identify the proper/useful requests out of all requests from business partners and customers.

创建并保持密切的长期关系，特别是与零售商和开发商以及个别情况下的客户，能够从业务合作伙伴和客户的所有请求中识别出正确/有用的请求。

    

4. Direct Intervention anytime on technical inquiries in relation to installation, operation, repair and maintenance of V-ZUG appliances.

随时进行有关V-ZUG设备安装，操作，维修和维护的技术咨询的直接干预。

    

5. Active collaboration with Sales & Marketing Department on all technical/documentation issues
