1、承载上游投资人LP的信托责任，做好基金产品配售和提供资金安排策略服务，做好被投资项目的评议、检讨，邀约LP参与穿透式监管和公司治理环境改善事务；

2、承载董事会的信托责任，根据董事会和董事长签发的职权清单，履行相应职责；

3、参与投资决策前置研究，以及接受委任出任被投资企业或关联企业的董事或监事，以及公司经营管理层高级职务；

4、参与项目投融资事务，做好局域性的合格投资人的项目路演，项目对接，以及与外部同行PE基金做好组合投资合约和执行事务；

5、对新兴市场发展需求和资源渠道进行专业调研，做好投资经理人团队组建和专业技能训练工作。

任职要求：

1、大学本科学历以上，建议为经营管理、项目管理、财务管理或法律类别专业领域；

2、有独立的思辨能力、高度的职业悟性，以及果敢的执行力；

3、具有接受过公司治理专属岗位训练经历，须持有岗位职务（股东与投资）方向的《公司治理才华评鉴报告》，确认应征者之胜任能力与专业水准。
