1、负责了解客户的项目需求，进行客户日常维护及沟通；

Be responsible for the development of new projects and the implementation and maintenance of stable projects;

3、与客户及时、有效沟通，协调内部资源，促进项目顺利执行；

Communicate with customers timely and effectively, coordinate internal resources, and promote the smooth  implementation of the project

4、负责项目整体把控，对排期及时间节点进行管理；

 responsible for overall control of the project, and manage scheduling and time nodes;

5、全面掌握项目的执行情况，项目进行期间与客户密切沟通，在现场或执行过程中及时发现并解决问题；

Fully understand the implementation of the project, communicate with customers during the project, find and solve problems timely on site or in the implementation process;

6、协助上级领导完成各项任务

Assist superior leaders to complete various tasks.

任职要求：

• 大专及以上学历，市场营销、广告等相关专业优先；
• College or above, major in marketing and advertising is preferred;
• 4年以上广告公司经理或客户服务经验，有酒类、奢侈品类客户服务经历者优先；
• At least 4 years as advertising manager or experience of customer service, and customer service experienced in liquor or luxury category is preferred;
• 熟悉广告行业，对线下市场推广有深入了解，对线上推广有基本了解；

• Familiar with advertising industry, in-depth understand the offline marketing, and have basic understanding of online marketing;
• 强烈的客户服务意识，热爱广告行业，了解广告策划全案工作流程；

• Have a strong sense of customer service, love the advertising industry, and understand the whole work process of advertising planning;

• 具备优秀的客户需求捕捉能力、擅组织协调，项目统筹能力、逻辑思维能力强；

• Have an excellent ability to capture customer needs, good at organization and coordination, good at project planning and logical thinking as the same time;

• 良好的表达能力，善于沟通；
  

        Good skills of presentation and communication;

• 优秀的时间管理及流程控制能力；
  

        Good skills of time management and process control;

• 工作态度严谨，积极主动，抗压能力强，擅于学习及接收行业内新鲜事物，团队合作精神佳；
  Rigorous working attitude, initiative, be able to work under pressure, good at learning and receiving new things in the industry, good team player;
• 熟练掌握英语者优先.
