1、负责项目方案的撰写与统筹；

      Responsible for the writing and overall planning of the project plan;

2、方向性方案的撰写及项目文案指导；

      Responsible for the writing of directional plan and the guidance of project document;

3、协调客户需求与公司各部门的沟通与执行；

      Responsible for coordinating the customers' demand and for the communication and implementation of each department;

4、围绕方案撰写组织数据搜集及分析；

      Responsible for writing the plan, and organizing the data collection and analysis;

5、定期汇报项目进展；

      Responsible for reporting the project progress on a regular basis; 

6、有一定的互联网电商行业经验，尤其京东或天猫渠道，对电商内容营销有一定了解；

      Have certain Internet e-commerce industry experience, especially JD or Tmall channel, have a certain understanding of e-commerce content marketing;

7、有服务客户做天猫超品日、欢聚日、跨界营销等项目经验者优先。

      The persons with experience in Tmall Super Day, gathering Day, Cross-border Marketing and other projects are preferred.

任职资格：

Qualification:

1、3年以上4A或国内知名广告/互动公司相关经验，大专以上学历；

      Have 3 years or above experience in 4A or domestic well-known advertising / interactive companies and obtain the college degree or above;

2、具有优秀的品牌驾驭能力，跟设计部门良好沟通与协作；

      Have excellent brand control ability, good communication and cooperation ability with design department;

3、深厚流畅的文字功底，擅长撰写方案及营销计划书；

      Have deep and smooth writing ability, be good at writing scheme and marketing plan;

4、有较强的逻辑思维能力、创意、策划能力，并具备良好的沟通表达能力；

      Have strong logical thinking ability, creativity, planning ability, and have good communication and expression skills;

5、具有较强的领悟和学习能力，能够迅速地准确理解客户的需求及其行业知识；

      Have strong comprehension and learning ability, and have the ability to quickly and accurately understand the needs of customers and their industry knowledge;

6、具备高度的敬业和管理协调能力，有较强的责任心，工作细致负责；

      Have a high degree of dedication and management and coordination skills, have a strong sense of responsibility, work meticulously and responsibly;
