Responsibilities

  

1. 负责公司服务器、台式机、笔记本、打印机等设备的管理，保障IT设备的正常稳定运行；

   Be responsible for the management of the company's servers, desktops, notebooks, printers and other equipment to ensure the normal and stable operation of IT equipment;

2. 负责公司内部各办公场所网络和电话系统的维护，并定期对机房进行检查和记录；

   Be responsible for the maintenance of the network and telephone system of the office space within the company, and check and record the computer room regularly；

3. 负责公司监控系统的维护和管理；

   Be responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's monitoring system；

4. 负责计算机病毒防护和数据备份管理；

   Responsible for computer virus protection and data backup management;

5. 为公司员工提供IT技术支持，解决桌面用户在工作中遇到的各种计算机问题；

   Provide IT technical support for company employees to solve various computer problems that desktop users encounter in their work；

   Requirement

                              

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；

   College degree or above, computer related major is preferred;

2. 熟悉Windows操作系统，熟练安装、配置和使用MS Office、Visio、Project等常用办公软件；

   Familiar with Windows operating systems, skilled in installing, configuring and using MS Office, Visio, Project and other common office software;

3. 熟悉台式机、笔记本硬件故障诊断思路，具备基本软硬件判断技能；

   Familiar with desktop and notebook hardware fault diagnosis ideas, with basic software and hardware judgment skills；

4. 熟悉网络架构，了解TCP/IP协议，熟练构建局域网，能够解决一般网络故障；

   Familiar with network architecture, understand TCP/IP protocol, skilled in building local area networks, can solve general network failures；

5. 良好的理解和解决突发事件的能力，能够根据用户的描述以符合逻辑的方式来判断问题的根源并在最短的时间内给予合理的解决方法；

   Good ability to understand and solve emergencies, can judge the root of the problem in a logical way according to the user's description and give reasonable solutions in the shortest time；

6. 具备良好的服务意识，工作认真细致，有责任心，团队协作意识强；

   Have a good sense of service, conscientious and meticulous work, a sense of responsibility, strong sense of teamwork;

7. 有较强的适应性，认可企业的核心价值观；

   Have strong adaptability and recognize the core values of enterprises;
