 Job Responsibilities

？ 1st player Direct Sales hotline handling.

？ Support line manager to setup the Direct Sales hotline platform operation and promotion annual plan and execute promotion campaigns, manage promotion calendar and integrate with other DS platforms to achieve KPI.

？ Support DS team to setup the customer service plan including the SOP with supervising the 3rd party operation vendors for execution.

？ Coordinate with revenue and sales team, execute the DS product and price plan.

？ Traffic monitoring and user behavior tracking to support line manager generate analysis to enhance DS platforms conversion and user experience.

？ Manage and keep good relationship with DS agency and other third party partners.

Job Requirements

？ College or above degree is preferred.

？ Minimum one year working experience in customer services, cruise travel or Hotel industry.

？ Good communicative skills and sense of Sales, as well as can work under pressure.

？ Strong team cooperation spirit and teamwork ability.

？ Work on week days and rest on weekends.
