• Fully understand OEM customer milestones and develop a Company project schedule to fulfill
• Lead internal cross functional team , distributed worldwide , to execute project as schedule
• Meet all internal project target, ex. budget/quality , while keep align with industrial standard
• Correctly managing scope changes and the efforts estimation lead by those change requests
• Help and mentor your team(s) members in correctly employing agreed frameworks (e.g. Scrum) and in correctly using the day to day project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Guide your team(s) towards a self-organizing, independent mindset
• Reporting the project status into steering committee and/or internal departments and/or external clients (three different levels of reporting, each with its own specificity)
• Build positive professional relationships with clients and associates

Qualifications

• Bachelor above degree in E/E , Computer Science or engineering related , Master is preferred
• 5 years + embedded software development & automotive electronics engineering experience
• Practical experience and skills coupled with a thorough knowledge of AUTOSAR, embedded systems& embedded software development according to AUTOSAR standard
• 3 years + project manager experience, PMP certified is preferred  
• Experience working with globally distributed teams in fluent English
• Experience with project management related tools (with a particular focus on JIRA or similar tool)
• Good teamwork, cross-functions communication & influence skills
• Good planning & organizing skills with analytical & strategic thinking
• Knowledge with ASIL(Automotive Safety Integrity Level)  will be a strong plus but not a must
