About the company:

31Ten is a growing digital agency based in Shanghai, China. Our production team specializes in creating high-value digital experiences, using cutting-edge technologies, for marquee brands, advertising agencies and fast-growing startups on the Chinese market. E.g. the new Wifi portal for both Shanghai airports to be implemented summer 2016.

Requirements 

Native Chinese speaking fluently in English

Ability to analyze numeric data and trends, including root cause analysis

Ability to draw conclusions and form recommendations based on data analysis

Ability to verbally communicate observations to leadership and internal partners

The skills to synthesize information and distill relevant facts and reach logical conclusions.

Proven data gathering and analytical skills

Strong presentation skills to all levels of organization

SQL experience required

Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, Data studio, Aladdin, Baidu Tongji

Experience with Hotjar, and ContentSquare preferred

 

 Responsibilities 

 

Provide recommendations for online analytics strategy for application specific analytics enhancements

Define the KPIs, conversion events, measurement methodology, and establish success criteria and/or benchmarks of campaign performance

Creation of tracking plan, including Analytics tool setup and custom features to be implemented whether using Google Tag Manager or JS

Implementation of custom tracking on page using Google Tag Manager

Integrate brand and media performance analysis and insights across paid media, websites, social media, and email.

Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements

Take the lead on new programs and initiatives for online analytics and shows ownership of the analytics tools & solution roadmap

Perform Google ad-hoc analysis

 

Compensation:

 

According to profile and experience. Chinese vacations +10 days of paid leave (+5 days after a year working for the company
