Job description

1. Daily operation of stock replenishment run and purchase orders generation.

2. Follow up purchase orders, to guarantee stock availability as target.

3. Keep contact with vendors and update the PO confirmation date in time.

4. Make forecast for critical vendors

5. Track and monitor supplier delivery performance and work together with sourcing team to drive delivery performance and quality improvement.

6. Proactively to analysis the lead time and inform inventory control to adjust in system

7. Other tasks are required.

 

Maintain the confirm date in PO in time, to delivery orders at the first promise date

   

Knowledge

1. Bachelor degree.

2. Good computer skills (MS Excel), preferably with experience of using SAP.

3. Good communicate skills and with strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.

4. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

5. Good positive attitude towards learning.

 

Educational requirements

College degree or above in Logistics, supply chain, etc.
