Responsibilities

-        To report to project leader.

-        To develop designs meeting project objectives and requirement.

-        To support and work with project teams on completion of project assignments and deadlines.  

-        To prepare design presentation materials and working drawings, and assist making presentation.

-        To assist in administration on project implementation and make site visits and supervisions.

Requirements

-        Degree holder from reputable institute either in architecture or interior design.

-        2 – 4 years’ experience on hospitality, residential development and commercial interiors design project.

-        Have design flair. Ability to develop design concepts and working drawings, and with some experience in contract administration.

-        Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and work under pressure.

-        Ability to do team working and make effective communication.

-        Proficiency in communication software: Word, Excel, PPT, Photoshop, etc., and computer-aid-design software: AutoCAD, Sketch-up, etc..

-        Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

-        Good relationship with people.

-        Willing to travel to China and overseas.

  Less experience candidate and fresh graduate will also be considered as applicant to Assistant Interior Designer

岗位职责：

-        岗位由项目领导指派

-        协助构思设计方案

-        与项目部合作推进项目执行

-        制作细部设计、物料、项目设计图纸及客户汇报说明

-        协助项目推进、工地视察及工序指导

 

任职要求：

-        持建筑学学士及/或室内设计学学士学位

-        具2至4年酒店、住宅及商业楼宇之室内设计经验

-        具室内设计才能。构思设计方案、深化设计概念及有项目行政经验

-        能独立处理工作，能同时处理多项工作及应付压力

-        有团队精神；具有效之沟通能力

-        熟练设计绘图软件：AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch-up等及微软办公室软件(MS Office): Word, Excel, PowerPoint等

-        高水平之中文说写能力，懂英文说写

-        良好的人际关系

-        能适应国内外出差

-        经验较浅者可申请为助理室内设计师一职
