1. Responsible to identify any new technology which could be transferable in the site to provide significant Quality or Business advantage.
负责识别并引进新技术，以便工厂具备更强的质量和业务优势。
1.1 The new technology would be targeted not limited as the area of automation/robotic implementation, big data management, latest quality testing capability, new sustainability power etc.
创新技术的范围（不局限于）为：自动化/机器人，大数据管理，创新的质量控制能力，新能源等。
1.2 The implementation of the new technology is site level. To lead, coordinate site level stakeholders to introduct, plan, schedule and excecute the plan.
实施的创新技术的应用是全厂范围的。领导并协调主要厂区的职能部门介绍，策划，计划和实施创新
1.3 To continuously monitor and improve after the implementation of the new technology.
持续监测和改进创新技术的应用。
1.4 To generate an end to end plan accross the site for new technology initiatives.

创新技术的项目管理
3.1. Assist project leader run the project managerment to insure this on the defined target such as schedule and quality,EHS etc
协助项目领导人进行项目管理，按已定目标例如进度,质量,安全等指标完成工程项目
3.2. Implement the project to tally with local or BMS global regulation/guidelines on quality, EHS or other.
项目执行遵照国家和BMS公司关于质量、EHS等的规定，确保其合规性
3.3. Know and understand well about local or BMS engineering code/standard, coach or direct other persons related to project.
了解和熟悉国家和BMS公司的工程设计规范和标准，给予他人指导和咨询
3.4. Take the main responsibility of controlling assigned project from start to close out phase,Support Engineering design, construction, procurement ,documentation and reporting to help project team meet the milestone
对所负责项目全程控制,对设计、施工、采购 ,文件、报告等提供技术支持，帮助他们完成任务
3.5. Engage in equipment selection and negotiation with the suppliers to meet BMS requirements
参加设备的选购、谈判，符合BMS的要求
3.6. particpate in contractor/vendor audit and bidding

3.7. Promote and support other department operations from engineering/technical aspect.
在工程技术领域推动或支持其它部门工作
3.8. comunicate or collabrate with stake holders from internal/external during the project execution.

3.9. Solve the issues/conflict raised in project effectively to keep it smoothly hand over.
及时解决在项目实施中出现的疑难或冲突以保证项目的顺利交接

Experiences Desired
相关工作经验要求

1.Experience of project mangement in pharmaceutical industry.
熟悉药品生产企业的项目管理。
2.Comprehend and be familiar with product transfer.

3. Scientific back ground is expected and experience and knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Technology.
理工科教育背景，对制药工程熟悉。
4. Experience in Quality is a plus to ensure the compatibility of such innovation with GMP's and Compliance.
