What do we expect from you?
You will be part of Expansion team, focusing on site selection and business development of ALDI CHINA physical stores and other real estate relevant issues. You will be able to assess the viability of various properties and drive the internal process to deliver projects on time. You will need to handle different relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and have a strong ability to influence and negotiate.

What are we looking for?
We hope you are a result-orientated, self-sufficient employee ideally with more than 5 years of real-estate experience in expansion, business development or site selection area, especially in the retail industry. You will need to be trustworthy and have a high level of situational awareness and flair for communicating with very different teams and stake holders.  You will need to proactively think, make recommendations and find solutions to various challenges. We expect that you are well-organized, detail-oriented and comfortable to work independently. You will need to effectively communicate in a bilingual working language and develop yourself together with a diversity team and growing company. You will be a key member of an existing team, opportunities for progression will present themselves in this fast-growing team for candidates with a focus on delivering results whilst fostering a collaborative and friendly working environment. You will be a strong communicator able to handle a high-pressure environment and able to deliver consistent results in a mature and honest manner. You should be willing to learn and adapt to a high performing culture and lead subordinates.
