Job Function:

工作职责：

1.Leading the co-ordination with the other functional departments to understand their requirements, timely adjust and improve design from conception phase to the completion of the project.

从概念设计到项目完成移交， 主动定期和公司有关部门沟通，了解需要并及时调整、完善项目的设计。

2.Leading communication with the client to transfer their requirements to the engineering design.

主导和客户的联系，将他们的需要及时传递给设计。

3.Working as the key person between the outside and inside VSL technically.

从技术角度作为公司内外联系的主要通道。

4.Integrate and co-ordinate with the design institutes and contractors

从概念设计到项目完成，协同设计院和承包单位工作。

5.Prepare and review technical specification, technical data sheet, design drawings and procurement requisition for onshore and offshore facilities.

准备并审核陆域和海域项目的设计阶段的技术规格书、数据表、图纸以及承包商的采购请求书。

6.Site planning, co-ordination, supervision and inspection of tankage and piping work to ensure execution safely in good quality.  Monitor of work progress and also to ensure good quality of the design and construction of the project that comply with the required standards

现场计划、协调、督促和检查有关储罐和管道的施工，并监督设计和施工的进度及质量符合相关的标准和规范。

7.Ensure VPM and Vopak Way compliance during design and construction phase.

在设计和施工阶段遵循VPM 和Vapok Way的规定.

8.In carrying out site piping, mechanical, tankage inspection/acceptance work.

进行压力管道、储罐、机械系统等的检查和验收。

9.Assist in preparing quotations to support the commercial activities.

提供预算报价，协助支持商务活动。

10.Assist in preparation of tendering documents as and what needed.

协助准备必要的招标文件。

11.Follow up closely with the market change to obtain the relatively   information.

紧密关注市场变化，获取相关信息。

Skills & Knowledge:

技能知识：

-Chemical or petrochemical or relevant engineering. 

化工或石油化工及相关工程专业。

-5+ years related experience in Chemical industry or Petrochemical industry, especially in Terminal field. 

5年以上化学工业或者石化工业的相关经验，尤其在罐区方面。

-Familiar with relevant domestic/international standards, especially domestic. 

熟悉相关国际/国内规范和标准。

-Good verbal and written communication skill, both in English and Mandarin.

在英语和普通话方面，有良好的口语和书面沟通能力。

-Skilled in office PC application programs, especially in Auto-cad. 

熟练办公室计算机应用程序，尤其是Auto-CAD。

-Capable of independently analysis, handling problems.

能独立分析和解决问题。

-Hardworking and able to work under pressure.

能承受巨大的工作压力。
