职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1.Maintain and implement management systems including ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001,ESD S20.20
2.Work with crossfunctional teams to introduce and monitor the applicable and compulsive quality systems/ tools to optimize the operation process.
3.Deal with internal and external audit to ensure the operation in compliance with acknowledged standards and regulatory of elevators.
4.Introduce advanced standards to be implemented in plant.
5.Initiate system improvement projects to continuous improve managemnt system performance.
6.Review system documents before issue to keep their uniformity in China manufacture.
7.Optimize system doucment control system to ensure all system documents under control.
8.Design and provide quality trainings cascading in factory.
9.Handle monthly report.
10.Other allocations assigned by QMS supervisors.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor degree and above
Experience& knowledge: Minimum 3 years experience in establishment, maintaining and improving ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 management system. Familiar with mechanical manufacturing engineering or elevator manufacturing is preferred.
Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English
Office Skills: Skilled in WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Visio operation
Specific certificate: ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 internal auditor certificate
Others: Must have a self-starter, highly resourceful and self-motivated, with dynamic proactive work style and with an eye for details.
Good communication and influencing skill, problem solving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization.
Famillar with the quality tools including APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,Lean Six Sigm
