Key Responsibilities

• Support DC team (relationship managers - RMs/analysts), to collect/update/summarize data (bank limits, o/s, etc.) for preparing PAM advice and business strategy for the upcoming credit review 2019;

• Assist DC team for market analysis or industry research (collection and analysis of public data) for strategy planning, peer analysis, business development etc.

• Support and help of preparing client’s/company’s briefing memo for important meetings. 

• Assist team to work for CDD processing and updating.

• Back up when team is on a business trip.

• Support any other admin job for DC China team.

Experience & Key Competencies

• Grade 2 and above university student or graduate school student who can work for 4-5 days per week for 3-6 month, 5 days per week and a 6-month schedule is ideally.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English

• Proficiency in MS-office.

• Good working attitude and communication skills

• Finance/Economics/Business related background is preferred

• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills;

• Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of  sensitive information;

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and multi-task under pressure
