As an Assistant Accountant, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Motors & Generators (BU) Business unit. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will be a vital member of the finance team within the Mechanical Power Transmission PG/ Motors & Generators LBU/ Robotics and Motion division, in Shanghai state/China country/NAS region.

1. Run payment proposal and prepare file to bank.
2. Prepare the bank payment for employees’ expense claim.
3. Prepare third party foreign currency payment documents to bank, and other payment applications.
4. Global ALFA report data collect and prepare.
5. BAD related transactions, check BAD information before collect, prepare BAD discount documents to bank, BAD endorsement to supplier.
6. Responsible for monthly CIT, dispute before cut off, and discuss with business department and follow the status.
7. Weekly actual OCF follow up, prepare the figure for actual cash in and cash out.
8. Hedging related transactions, apply with HSBC bank, follow the settlement date.
9. Prepare bank guarantee related documents and send to bank.
10. Book the bank payments in SAP.
11. Monthly go to China Telecom and SGCC for issue the invoice.
12. Responsible for Bank signature related transactions.

？ University graduate or above, major in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
？ 2 years of Experience in Company Cashier or Treasury.
？ Good command of spoken and written English.
？ Familiar with MS Office tools. Experience from SAP or other ERP system is preferred.
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, self-management and self-driven is required.
？ Able to work independently and under high pressure; collaborate with the other functions and be teamwork oriented are must
