Responsibility:

工作职责：

Ensure the daily operation of the plant admin issues, including:

确保工厂行政工作的日常运营，包括：

• Responsible for office management such as maintain of copy machine, projector and so on, also including coordinate with the admin suppliers.

负责办公室管理工作,如:所有办公自动化设备的维护及保管等，并与行政相关的供应商进行协调。

• Coordinating the operation of shuttle bus to ensure the daily running frequently.

协调班车的安排工作以确保班车的日常运行。

• To ensure the daily running of company’s canteen, cleaning, guarding.

确保公司餐厅、清洁、保安工作的日常运行。

• Responsible for the ticket and hotel reservation of business trip and other related logistics supporting.

负责机票、火车票、宾馆等的预定及为同事出差提供后勤支持。

• Responsible for visitors reception and directing visitors to their destination.

负责接待来访客人并协调他们至相关部门。

• Daily reception work such as answering the incoming call, teleconference arrangement, etc.

日常总台接待工作包括接听电话，电话会议的安排等。

• Answering and distribution the incoming letters, packages and other related materials.

负责接收和分发邮件、邮包和其他相关物品。

Qualification:

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree, minimum one year experience in receptionist/admin field in MNC.

本科学历，至少一年以上外企行政相关工作经验。

• Excellent communication skill and patient character required.

耐心，具备良好的沟通技能。

• Good command of English in speaking, writing, and listening.

良好的英文听说读写沟通能力。

• MS Office literate.

熟练操作电脑办公软件。
