OVERALL FUNCTIONS

•  Support Diversified Corporates, Beijing on building and developing existing and new client relationships;
• Provide support in the driving of new business development initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for KYC and bank account opening for existing and new clients.
• Provide support on business development such as preliminary analysis of prospective clients.
• Coordinate with product / sector counterparts within the bank for preparation of marketing materials.
• Liaise both internally and externally to ensure smooth execution of mandated transactions.
• Provide support to Department Head and senior member of the team in working on important accounts or projects, back up, etc;
• Assist in the preparation of relevant client & credit documentation such as account planning, financial spreading and etc.
• General administration.
• Fulfil other tasks assigned by Department Head and senior member of the team.
