职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责完成员工绩效管理相关各项日常工作;
2、协助部门经理制定公司绩效考核制度、绩效评价体系并组织实施;
3、对员工考核效果进行评价与分析总结,收集考核中遇到的问题,提供考核体系和指标完善的建议;
4、建立人员考核管理信息库,维护信息系统数据;
5、制定公司的培训计划、组织各部门或员工的培训,对培训工作进行评估,整理归档培训记录,完成月度/年度培训报告;
6、完成领导安排的其他工作。
Job description:
1. Responsible to perform the employee performance evaluation and other related routine affairs.
2. Assist Department Manager to establish performance review system and performance evaluation system of the Company and also organize the execution of these systems on a yearly basis.
3. Analyze, summarize the effect of the employee performance review and collect the problems in the review and then put forward relevant suggestions in the light of practical work experiences.
4. Build and update the database of performance review management towards the staff and also maintain the database on a regular basis.
5. Develop and implement training programs, organize the training courses of the department and employees and also conduct training effect evaluation, prepare monthly/yearly training report and file training documents in good order.
6. Finish other work assigned by department Manager.
任职资格:
1、人力资源或英语专业本科学历;
2、三年以上人力资源管理工作经验;
3、熟悉公司的人力资源政策;熟悉国家人事政策、法律法规;
4、熟悉与薪酬相关的法律法规以及管理流程;
5、熟悉企业绩效考核相关流程的建立及执行;
6、较强的英语口头表达能力和书写能力,熟练使用办公软件和人事管理软件;
7、良好的人际沟通能力,工作细致主动,有责任心,具有团队合作精神,服务意识强,能承受工作压力。
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, major in English or Human Resource.
2. At least 3 years HR working experience in a foreign manufacturing company.
3. Familiar with company's HR policies, labour laws and regulations.
4. Familiar with the laws and regulations in terms of Compensation Policy and management processes.
5. Familiar with relevant process of performance review and implementation.
6. Excellent writing skills both in English and Chinese and strong spoken English; Good at PC skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR software etc.)
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills, focus on details, initiative, open-minded, good sense of responsibility, good team player, Customer / service oriented, Work independently and under high pressure.
