Job Responsibilities:

工作职责：

- Be in charge of deferent management fields, incl. Finance, HR, Purchasing, Logistic and Administration

负责公司管理的多个领域，包括财务、人事、采购、物流和行政

- With emphasis in accounting and financial controlling of the company, collect and report the financial indicators of the company to the board of directors and general manager

侧重于公司的财务和内部控制，搜集整理公司的财务指标，并向董事会和总经理汇报

- Assist and participate in making important decisions regarding sales and marketing

协助和参与制订有关销售和市场营销上的重大决策

- Create budgets, inspect and ensure its implementation

制作预算并监督确保其执行

- Create and implement, together with the management and the board of directors, the financial and economical strategy of the company

与董事会及管理层一起，建立和执行公司的财务战略

- Cooperate with the German party and prepare internal financial reports for the mother company in Germany

与德方合作，为德国母公司准备内部财务报告

- Negotiate, together with the management, with third parties concerning financial issues (banks, state institutions etc.)

与管理层一起与第三方（银行、政府机构等）就有关财务的事宜进行谈判

- Ensure the accuracy of the reports for the authorities and to make sure they are done according to the legal frame

确保递交给政府机构的财务报表的准确性以及合法性

- Communicate and cooperate with external consultants (auditor, tax advisor)

与外部咨询公司（如审计师、税务顾问）沟通合作

Qualifications & Requirements:

职位要求：

- Age 30-45, Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting/finance preferred

年龄30-45岁，本科（或以上）学历，财务/金融专业优先

- At least 5 years’ experience on similar position, with experience in an international Company preferred, with experience in coating or chemical industry preferred

至少五年以上同类职位经验，有跨国公司经历者优先，有涂料或化工行业经验者优先

- Good command of both written & spoken English (alternatively German)

优秀的英语技能，书面及口语（或德语）

- Be familiar with both Chinese and international accounting and taxation regulations (GAAP&IFRS), with CPA or ACCA qualification preferred

熟悉中国和国际会计制度和税则（GAAP&IFRS），有CPA或ACCA资质者优先

- With experience of controlling instruments (cost analysis, planning, etc)

有财务控制经验（成本分析，财务计划等）

- With experience to lead a team

有带领财务团队的经验
