• 接受3个月内由leader和培训团队的专业化行业知识培训和工作技能培养；
• 配合leader完成客户开发及客户拜访；
• 分析行业发展和客户职位需求，制定人才寻访方案；
• 实施寻访，对候选人做出初步评价和筛选；
• 了解候选人的发展需求，提供专业的职业规划辅导；
• 独立完成候选人面试，向客户推荐候选人，提交评价意见和推荐报告；
• 协调客户公司与候选人的面试，跟进面试的进程和反馈；
• 定期市场调研，参加各种行业峰会，维护高端人脉资源，建立专注领域的顾问个人品牌。

要求：

• 3年以上互联网行业工作经验或2年以上互联网猎头技术类岗位寻访经验，有BAT类大客户服务经历；
• 本科及以上学历，热爱互联网行业，对互联网前沿技术有极大的兴趣；

·         优秀的协调能力和出色的沟通、说服、引导能力和抗压能力；

·         努力、有责任心、注重细节，有很好的抗压能力；

·         处事成熟，良好的逻辑思维能力，结果导向；

·         精通MS Office软件；
