职位描述
Main Responsibilities
? Building and Developing Retail Network
- Help GM to identify the best locations for the boutiques in China
- Help GM to negotiate leases for the retail location
- Work with contractors in the successful opening of new boutiques and/or renovations from the planning phase to completion
? Developing Sales
- Set up sales targets for boutiques and lead retail team both internal and external to achieve yearly sales
target
- Accountable for the budgeting and financial management including P&L
- Oversee correct level per market needs/individual store mix and store size with maximum stock turnover,
optimize stock level and mix to achieve sales objectives
- Control the retail expenses in line with yearly budget
- Define sales reports with HQ and implement for submission to Regional Office and HQ for analysis, business understanding and decision making
? Developing Retail Staff
- Communicate company's vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team; structure the
retail organization and allocate responsibilities
- Participate to the HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff
- Develop quality sales staff in all boutiques through upgrading and intensive training of sales staff
- Develop motivation schemes (incentive) for sales staff
- Regular visits to stores to provides hands-on leadership
? Developing and building image
- Implement and to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP are followed in all boutiques
- Set up Point of Sale (POS) system in markets without to ensure sales and customer information are captured and reported
- Establish Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotional program - in coordination with local market priorities & product schedule, set a month by month plan of activities by product line accompanied by a promotional program and monthly window animations
- Implement effective CRM programs to boost sales and develop/renew customer relation in all markets
- Mystery shopper program implementation and evaluation
- Ensure all corporate identity guidelines are properly implemented in all markets for uniforms, store stationery, letterheads
- Ensure both direct run boutiques and franchised boutiques are run and present in the same quality
? Marketing
- Build and maintain relations to generate maximum brand awareness and partner brand synergies
- Work with the regional teams to effectively implement strategies of marketing, PR communications, etc.
- Work with regional marketing team to develop seasonal marketing, customer events and PR activities/
advertising for retail locations
Job Requirements
Working Experience & Education Requirements
? At least 5 years solid experience in retail operations and 2 years in managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
Professional qualification
? University Graduate
Foreign language Skills
? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Competency Requirements
? Pragmatic and result-oriented ? Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
? Mature, stable and presentable ? Good business sense and high integrity
? Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record ? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Good presentation skills
Computer skills
? Able to use POS system as well as Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint. SAP and Powerplay is a plus
