Responsibilities

- In charge of the daily operation of all Madeleine stores. 

- Collect and analyze existing problem, to coordinate with internal back office to optimize SOP and communication processes accordingly.

-Coordinate company activities to develop and implement long range goals to meet business and profitability growth objective.

- Participates in formulating and administering company policies, ensures all policies are understood and adhered to.

- Provides on-going training, guidance, and management to store managers and staffs, as well as team spirit building.

- Ensure services to customers are delivered to the correct standard.

- Execute evaluation of stores and to give management proposal for internal adjustment. 

- Ensure all retail areas are adequately stocked / provisioned at all times.

- Builds and maintains strong relationship with customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project.

- Help the retails and key account with the cooperation details explanation, brands distribution plan, sales promotion etc.

- Responsible for new store opening tasks.

- Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• College degree or above.
• At least 4 years’ managerial experience in food retails is a  MUST.
• Strong team leadership skills and problem solving skills.
• Good English listening and speaking ability is a MUST. French will be a plus.
