Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage Engineering Centre R&D project as Project Manager;

2. Ensure project management conformity to SPDP Process;

3. Organize PDR/CDR meeting for product technical review;

4. Control Product Cost to meet the target cost requirement;

5. Create the project schedule with related functional department and coordinate with team member to complete the task on time;

6. Follow up the material sourcing plan for all products;

7. Control the Project Cost;

8. Recognize the risk with the project team and find out related solution;

9. Be responsible for new product sales release and control the product series version update;

10. Report the project status in monthly review meeting.



Job Requirements:

1. Excellent knowledge in project management

2. Very good communication skills

3. BC or higher in Engineering

4. Good English oral and written (essential condition)

5. 3+ years of working experience

6. Knowledge in elevator technology & industry is preferred

7. PMP certification is preferred

8. Good communication and project management skills
