岗位职责:
根据营运团队及客户的需求寻找合适的供应商
According to requests from Operation Team and clients, to find right suppliers
对供应商的现场及工厂进行前期勘查与了解
Pre-audit supplier to obtain detail information in advance of any cooperation
完成与供应商的谈判工作及合同的签署
Negotiate with suppliers and complete contract signing
定期对供应商进行考评,包括供应商资质、产品质量及服务等
Regularly evaluate suppliers, including qualification, products quality and services.
优化供应商结构,更多地寻找源头供应商,以减少中间环节,降低成本,增加采购收入
Optimize suppliers structure for each family, try to find more and more manufactory, reduce intermediate and cost, increase purchase income
定期对食品或工业产品价格(特别是备品备件)的通货膨涨及公司价格与市场参照标杆对比的相关数据进行分析
Analysis “food price inflation” or industry product especially for spare parts data & “Sodexo catalogue price”, provide comments
定期与采购总监对各分类产品的供货情况、供应商结构及采购收入等数据进行分析、回顾
Regularly review on suppliers’ structure, products quality and purchase income of each family with Sourcing Director.
协调、处理营运部门的投诉,提供书面回复与整改方案,由投诉部存档
Coordinate and settle complains from operation, give the feedback and solutions to complain team for record
依据公司发展战略建立良好的供应商数据库,并定期更新产品价格,供应商数据
Set up supplier base on company development strategy; update catalogue price and supplier base.
与采购总监共同制定年度采购收入指标及价格指标
Create PI & price forecast target with Souring Director annually
定期将指标完成情况向上级汇报
Regularly report to Souring Director regarding of performance
保证各领域内服务合同符合国家标准要求
Make sure the service contract can meet national standard for every niche area.
与相关部门保持良好的沟通
Keep good communication with related Industry Association
任职要求:
大专或以上学历
College degree or above
5年以上的采购行业工作经验
5 years and above working experience in Purchasing industry
2年以上经理级岗位管理经验
2 years and above working experience on manager position
食品原料方面或工业领域的专业知识,包括原料市场、价格、质量及供应商的相关信息
Professional food & industry field material knowledge, including raw-material market information, price, quality and supplier information and
外包服务商选择及管理的能力
Outsource service supplier selection and management skill
较强的谈判能力
Good negotiation skills
熟悉成本分析及成本控制
Familiar with cost analysis & cost control
