3.  Responsibilities:

  

职责：

  

？  Goods receiving   收货

• Taking charge of receiving the incoming goods and then informing IQC to inspect and accept/reject with their signature,
• 采购及物流的预到货信息安排收货，通知IQC检验，并与IQC进行数量及单据的交接；
• Update the account in ERP system according to the IQC inspection result,
• IQC的检验结果，在系统中处理入库及退货账物；
• Following up returning of the rejects to suppliers,
• 跟进不良品的退货；
• Ensuring the material in incoming zone and reject zone consistent with account,
• 收货区与不良待退区的账物相符。

                  

？  Storekeeping   仓管

• Issuing the materials, components and products to production, packing line, other workshops/departments and sub-contract vendors according to First In First Out routine,
• 生产、包装提供的领料需求分析表，按先进先出的原则发放材料和产品；依据其它出库指令单，给其它部门和委外供应商发货；
• Recording the detailed data of the process of stock-in and stock-out,
• 在收、发过程中的出入数据；
• Ensuring the accurate stock and account via periodic stock-taking and difference verification,
• 盘点所负责区域内的物料，认真核查差异，确保账物相符；
• Recording the temperature and humidity condition, and timely feedback the abnormal to supervisor.
