Trade Marketing Supervisor/ Executive

Job Description:

1. Leading efforts to leverage the Brand Positioning and solidify the company's superiority through licensees and the activity conduction directly presented to end customers.

2. Collaborates with the Brand team for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities, ensured cooperation and alignment with the Marketing functions on field sales needs and marketing direction, including coordination the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.

3. Manages licensee Marketing activities, Point of Sales material, Premiums by finding the most efficient solutions, ensuring understanding and implementation.

4. Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication.

5. Collaborates with sales team to turn Brand assets into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to customers.

6. Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their Marketing objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values /equity are properly communicated.

7. Supports the development of regional consumer promotions/events, both thematic and tactical, calling particular attention to on-ground implementation.

8. Ensure that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting the sales teams, customers and licensee stores.

9. Regularly and tightly track and evaluate the performance of implementation on business plans, programs and activities.

Job Requirement:

• Major in marketing, business management or etc.

• Strong, classic Trade Marketing background and has experience working with sales organizations.

• Experience in the Trade Marketing function including specific experience in evaluating the needs of the field and translating that into specific marketing programs.

• Minimum 5 years solid experience in international companies.

• Good team player.

• Be familiar in spoken and written English.

• Familiar with Microsoft computer software.
