岗位职责：

1、负责公司的形象设计，产品宣传的设计，公司对外宣传活动的设计；

2、负责公司相关KV，包装，海报，长图、logo的设计，负责节日礼品，节庆海报的设计；

3、了解客户对各类宣传资料、广告的设计制作要求，配合协助项目组人员、广告商按时完成设计制作；

3、负责各种产品包装设计，宣传资料、说明书、广告喷绘等平面设计的创意和出样；

4、根据广告内容，进行构思、策划和平面与立体形象设计；

5、根据要求完成相关文案包装，ppt文案美化等相关工作。

任职资格:

教育背景：本科及以上学历；美术，艺术设计、视觉传达等相关专业优先；

经     验：2年以上相关工作经验，具有ACGN领域设计经验优先；

技能要求：

◆ 熟练使用PS、AI、CDR等设计软件，手绘功底扎实，掌握3D建模优先；

◆ 了解ACGN领域、有极强的美学素养、独特的设计风格、独到的创意观点、色彩审美观及较强的创意设计表达能力；

◆ 能独立完成设计工作任务，具备扎实的设计方案宣讲能力；

◆ 良好的沟通能力，工作态度积极，具有优秀的团队合作精神；

◆ 应聘者在应聘时须附带先前项目作品若干。

Shanghai Tardigrade Culture Media Co., Ltd. is an emerging company focused on the community marketing of ACGNM Youth Subcultures.
