此实习生的职位，欢迎大四财务相关专业的学生申请。实习期为2019年7月至2020年6月。

寒暑假期间要求一周来4-5天，开学后需要一周来1.5-2天

实习的岗位为初级会计，主要职责如下：

• Day to day accounting journal entries on AR, Intercompany, and other related transactions in timely and accurate manner. Issue sales invoice (VAT invoice) timely and accurately

  及时准确地输入日常会计凭证，开具销售发票（增值税发票）

• Weekly AR/payment/collection reports in timely and accurate manner

  及时准确地准备应收账款、收款状况的周报

• Bank payment application, cash and bank reconciliation, bank draft management

  申请及操作银行付款，制作银行余额调节表，管理银行承兑汇票

• Expense report verification and disbursement

  审核和支付费用报销单

• Monthly closing- provides PRC closing requested documents and calculations in timely and accurate manner, assist PRC TB and financial statement preparation.

  月度结账中及时准确地准备中国会计准则下的中方账套报表所需的文件及计算，协助准备中方试算平衡表及财务报表

• Monthly tax declaration in timely and accurate manner.

  及时准确地完成月度税务申报

工厂地址为：上海市外高桥自贸区泰谷路207号3楼L1部位。

公司不提供班车，早晚上下班，可在工厂门口乘坐自贸区免费公交往返地铁6号线航津路站，高峰期10分钟一趟，仅2站，约3分钟即可。此外，公司距离地铁6号线航津路站仅为1.2公里，步行时间约15分钟。
