1)Responsible for overall IT infrastructure environment planning, deployment, maintenance technology specification and operational guideline

2) assures efficient and timely first and second level IT support

3) analyzes performance of Help Desk activities and documented resolutions

4) build out solid IT support team, leading IT support team to promote IT maintenance automation skill

5) Responsible for IT asset management and maintain an inventory of all IT asset

6) Responsible for defining and maintaining IT workflow

7) Ensure Helpdesk staffs are appropriately trained and skilled to determine and identify the appropriate course of action

8) Responsible for IT Strategies and Plans are communicated and delivered.
