职位描述
1、 遵守公司各项规章制度，按照审计制度和实施细则，在审计主管的指导下完成各项审计任务和其他审计事项；
2、 参与制订专项审计计划和审计实施方案；
3、 编制、归类、整理审计资料，及时发现和报告问题，协助编制审计工作底稿；
4、 协助拟定初审结论，参与草拟审计报告，负责审计底稿的归档和保管工作，并跟踪复核整改执行情况；
5、 协助外协事务所及外部审计机构进行审计活动；
6、 参与编制财务分析，了解各子公司财务状况；
7、 推动企业风险文化建设；
8、 完成上级交付的其他任务。
任职资格：
本科及以上学历。会计、财务或审计相关专业。
财务会计、经济管理、法律法规、税务和信托业务相关知识。
通晓审计专业知识，掌握财务知识、信托业务知识，具备企业管理知识、法律知识；
熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的口头表达能力、写作能力和组织协调能力；
熟悉国际和国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
熟悉境内外上市公司财务规则，从事过兼并、重组、上市等相关项目的具体实施；
良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
