Job Title : Section Manager - Logistics department

Report to: PMC Manager

Location: Shanghai



Responsibility:

1.Manages the daily operations of distribution, import/export and order processing.

2.Eliminates the inefficiencies and integrates the activities in the logistics and distribution systems.

3.Monitor stocks of components, raw material & finished goods, by providing updated and relevant indicators;

4.Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions, such as production, sales, sourcing etc.

5.Executes new initiates to improve work processes.

6.Plans and utilities trunk and warehouse capacity to deliver customer shipment.

7.Manage and control logistic/distribution budget.

8.Manage storekeepers and customs clearance staff to ensure good 6S discipline and lean operation in logistics team, and build up the core team and enhance service level through leading, motivating, coaching , training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment, etc.

9.Report preparation and presenting as required in time.



Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree or above;

2.At least 5 years management experience on Logistics & W/H, experience in electronic Industry is preferred;

3.At least 3 years team leader experience;

4.Good English written and spoken skills;

5.Good data analysis capability ,Strong Skill in ERP system and Microsoft Word , Excel & PPT;

6.Strong sense of accountability and urgency, good interpersonal/communication skill, and excellent customer-oriented sense;

7.Self-initiative and be able to work under great pressure as well as in a flexible way.
