职责描述：

? To support in the development of a world class CSR program by supporting the SDS factory monitoring and compliance strategy with regard to Ethical Sourcing and to assist in ensuring brand protection across the Group by maintaining the integrity of the supply base  

? Ensure all Suppliers and Factories are registered on the Shop Direct CSR database and have completed the relevant SAQ’s

? Guaranteeing that all own-brand factories are ethically audited annually to Shop Directs standard

? Maintaining the supplier database, confirming with factories and suppliers that information is up to date 

? Accountable for working with factories on corrective action plans generated from third party audits

? Regularly visiting factories to support in implementing corrective action plans and offering best practice guidance

? Liaise with SDS Merchandise Teams on non-compliant factories to ensure their support in developing and implementing effective corrective action plans

? Work with the wider CSR team to support in the implementation of specific projects relevant to ethical sourcing and the company’s factory base 

? Learning from industry best practice examples to help shape projects and give us better insight in country

? Support in the development of documentary field guides, country risk sheets, labour law updates and any other relevant documentation.

? Develop links with other compliance managers in acknowledged retailers/brands and audit providers in order to share best practice. 

? Update CSR colleagues on monitoring activity on a daily basis and of any serious breaches of the code of conduct immediately so action can be taken 

任职要求：

? 5 years Lead Auditor or above experience with monitoring and compliance of labour standards and technical auditing in China

? Extensive experience of audit standards including SMETA and BSCI

? Wide-ranging China labour law knowledge and experience

? Advanced language skills including spoken and written English

? Extensive factory visit experience and experience of quality and production standards

? Proven ability to work closely with commercial teams and other colleagues to support factory improvements

? Communications skills and ability to train colleagues on social audit, monitoring and compliance

? Broad knowledge Fashion & Footwear and Home & leisure sourcing and supply chain practices

? Independent in outlook and approach especially with regard to oganisational skills and time management of self

? Discretion and confidentiality

? Wide network of industry contacts in China
