1、对设施系统进行全面的技术、维保和安全管理

2、系统化的对物业工作进行监管

3、对设施维保项目进行管理，包括合同拟定、方案审核、安全管理、监管验收、付费；

4、对项目承包商、系统维保商进行监督管理

5、管理工程团队，制定团队年度目标，安排团队值班计划等

6、负责监管场馆以及商业工程操作,确保按标准规范执行；负责强/弱电、搭建、二装、及专项工程技术及安全管理；负责工程施工(改造、二装、大修等)合同洽谈、方案审核、监管验收

7、制定设施年度维保计划、各项工作流程确保场馆各类系统、可靠、高效运行

8、制定年度节能计划对各类能源使用情况汇总和监管；

9、对设施维保预算进行管理

10、对场馆活动和商业运行提供有效的支持

11、协助总监对运营部门进行管理；

12、活动日的安全值班；

13、其它临时委派的工作。

岗位要求：

？  本科及以上学历

？  机电工程类专科毕业

？  7-10年商业/场馆类物业管理

？  1-3年外资企业工作经历

？  3-5年工程技术管理经历、团队管理经历、大型活动组织与安全管理经验和能耗管理经验

？  5-7年消防管理经验

？  熟练掌握物业工程管理

？  熟悉财务预算编制及管控

？  商业物业管理8年以上

？  了解工程专业技能知识
